How are iErnest products made?
Our products are designed in Utrecht (the Netherlands) and handmade in Pedreguer (Spain), from genuine cow leather with European origin.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere and everywhere. And if you live and order from outside the EU, no sales taxes (21%) are applied. This happens automatically.
How do you ship the items?
We ship the iPhone wallets and iPad mini flip covers in an envelope, so it will always fit in a regular mailbox. To keep shipping costs as low as possible we ship these through regular postal channels. This means we have no tracking options, and therefore no control over the delivery time to different countries.
We ship the tote bags and iPad 2/3/4 covers through the secured channel, for a safe journey to you. You can trace the shipment with the provided tracking number and you will have to sign for it upon arrival.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payments by iDeal (Dutch bank accounts only), Paypal or credit card, without additional charge. Payments with credit card are made through Paypal, but no Paypal account is needed, there is an option to continue without registering.
How much does shipping cost?
We use a flat rate for all orders, no matter the size of the order. For the Netherlands the rate is €4 and for anywhere outside of the Netherlands it is €5.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Generally, on weekdays, we pack and ship your item the same day, but always within a maximum of three days.

What about customs?
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duty or tax. This varies per country and we have no control over this, nor do we know in advance if and how it will be applied. Therefore we cannot take responsibility for these additional charges and they will have to be fulfilled upon arrival by recipient.
What if there is something wrong with the item I ordered?
Of course we try our very best to deliver only the best of quality. However, if your order shows any defects or if it breaks within an unreasonably short time after purchasing it, we will fix it. If this is the case, email us for the return address and please send it back to us. We will refund these shipping costs, fix it, and resend it as soon as possible.
What if I change my mind? Can I return it?
If you receive your order and decide it is not entirely what you were looking for, you can send it back to us for a refund. Please make sure it’s not used! Email us for the return address, which you can also find on the back of our envelope, and pack it carefully. Upon receipt of the returned order, we will refund your money through the channel you used for the payment.
We are a small company, not a big factory. Therefore we would like to bring some things to your attention: Although we try our best to post accurate pictures, colours could differ a little bit from your screen due to monitor calibration. Also, leather is a product of nature and can respond to elements such as light, temperature and water. We cannot be held responsible for these effects appearing on the leather. We take no responsibility for the way in which your equipment is used, nor for any damage to your gadgets due to the (incorrect) use of iErnest products. And although our covers will break the fall, we obviously cannot guarantee it won’t break when dropped. Thank you!
